This particular update is for all you folks who might be following this campaign but missed your change to back it when it was live. The work on Flavor Text Adventures Vol. 1 is nearly complete (That's the dust jacket design, above. Cool, isn't it?), and we're getting very close to sending it to the printer for proofs.
That means it's time for Pre-Orders! We wanted to let you know that we’ve opened the Backerkit Pre-Order Store for those who haven’t backed us here on Kickstarter. A very quick update!
The polls are closed and the votes are in! Thank you to all those who voted!
Red Dragon and Pixie are the clear winners, with Gelatinous Cube and Cockatrice coming in third and fourth.
We're excited to add the two winners to the book (expect some fun magic items like Ol' Painless, a greatclub designed to take down hordes of small minions), and delicious Dragon Wellington and Pixie Dust Strawberries!
The other favorites we'll definitely consider for Volume 2, which we're already thinking about.
In an earnest attempt to minimize the number of updates you get from us, the next one will be later this month with the likely opening of our pre-order store on Backer Kit, where you could finalize your choices for rewards like the print, add-ons, and your shipping address.
